Not by the pilgrimage — that was life-changing. By everything around it. The agent who charged us ₹1.3 lakh and couldn't explain where the money went. The group bus that left 40 minutes late. The guide who read from a script we could have found on YouTube.
We thought: the flight cost ₹38,000. The hotel cost ₹34,000. The visa cost ₹8,000. We can add. Where did the other ₹50,000 go?
Nobody could tell us. So we decided to build a service where the answer is always visible — to the customer, in writing, verifiable on Google Flights.

The word Niyyah means intention — the first act of every pilgrim before entering Ihram. We named ourselves after it because we believe the journey should start with clarity, not confusion. With purpose, not paperwork.

Spiritual sincerity
This is a sacred journey, not a holiday package. We will never use urgency tactics, trivialise your pilgrimage, or make you feel like a transaction. Your ibadah matters more than our revenue.
Independence as empowerment
We built a digital guide to replace the group leader — not because guides are bad, but because a pilgrim who understands their own rites and makes du'a in their own words has a more meaningful experience.
Fairness as identity
We charge a service fee. It's not hidden. It's not apologised for. It's fair compensation for real work. And as our supplier costs drop with scale, your price drops too. We announce our price reductions publicly — because your savings growing is the system working as designed.
